Most of the jewelry items you see here can be cleaned with a soft cloth or delicate jewelry cleaner. Submerging in water or wearing while showering, bathing, or swimming is not recommended as water can cause threads and some metals to break down. Apply lotions, perfume, or hairspray prior to wearing as they may interact with and cause the metal to tarnish.
Storing your jewelry in a jewelry box or other container is recommended, particularly in areas of high humidity. Putting your item in a plastic baggie in your jewelry storage will help slow any tarnish of metal or other issues.
For items in the Healing section, it is strongly recommended that you do not clean your jewelry under running water or submersion. This can cause some stones/crystals to break down. A damp cloth should be sufficient for cleaning if necessary. Some very soft crystals such as Selenite will dissolve in water. For energetic cleansing of your jewelry, place it on a window sill in the sunlight or at night during a full moon on the window sill or outside. You can also place your item on a Selenite plate or bowl for a cleanse and recharge.
