If you are not satisfied with your purchase, contact me within 7 days of receiving your order, and we can chat about why and what to do about it.
If your product arrives damaged, contact me. I will need clear, well-lit photos of the damaged item(s) and we’ll chat about what the next step will be.
For items that are being returned, you will be responsible for the cost of shipping with tracking.
Refunds will only be issued if you contact me and will be issued for the item price only.
Shipping fees will not be refunded.
Refunds will not be issued for the return of non-damaged items that are not in their original condition.
As my customer, I want you to be happy. All you have to do is contact me through the website or reach out through my social media pages and I will work with you to find the best solution for any issues you may have.
