REFUNDS/RETURNS

  • If you are not satisfied with your purchase, contact me within 7 days of receiving your order, and we can chat about why and what to do about it.

  • If your product arrives damaged, contact me. I will need clear, well-lit photos of the damaged item(s) and we’ll chat about what the next step will be.

  • For items that are being returned, you will be responsible for the cost of shipping with tracking.

  • Refunds will only be issued if you contact me and will be issued for the item price only.

  • Shipping fees will not be refunded.

  • Refunds will not be issued for the return of non-damaged items that are not in their original condition.
